1 cup chopped onions
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 pound chopped collard greens
6 cups chicken stock
1 cup SouthernAirs Classic BBQ Sauce or other premium, all-natural BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons SouthernAirs Original Babecue Rub or other premium, all-natural BBQ dry rub
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, and saute for several minutes until translucent. Add collards, chicken stock, BBQ sauce and BBQ rub. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, then cut back to a simmer for 45 minutes.
